Your Hikvision NVR connects to the Hikvision Hik-ProConnect platform (separate from the Hik-Connect app). Wilsons Systems receives automated alerts when any monitored parameter falls outside normal ranges.

Our engineers assess each alert remotely. If it is a firmware issue, we push an update — no site visit needed. If it is a configuration problem, we adjust settings remotely. If it requires a physical visit, we contact you with a clear diagnosis and arrive prepared with the right parts.

Most issues are resolved remotely without any disruption to you. When we do need to visit, we already know exactly what the problem is.

  • New installations: health monitoring is included free for the first year, then optional renewal at £5/month or £50/year
  • Existing Hikvision systems: can be added — please contact us before signing up to the Hik-ProConnect portal yourself, as we may need to run a firmware update on your recorder to enable health monitoring features
