HTI Group's site at Mill Farm, Kirkham, needed a working commercial building brought up to a modern standard across meeting rooms, background music, and digital signage, without three different suppliers pulling in three different directions. Wilsons Systems was brought in to design, install, and manage the whole scope as a single project.
The result covers a full "Pro AV" package for meeting rooms and the boardroom, two independently zoned background-music systems across the office and showroom floors, and a fully hosted digital signage platform running across reception, break areas, and the showroom. All three systems were specified, installed, and commissioned by the same team.

The scope covers multiple meeting rooms, a boardroom, a kitchen-area TV, and a reception media wall, each fitted out to a consistent commercial standard. Logitech and Yealink video conferencing kit was specified throughout, giving every room a reliable, familiar video call experience regardless of which platform staff or visitors are using.
Commercial-grade large-format displays, up to 98" in the boardroom, are fitted on fixed wall mounts. Conference cameras are mounted at an engineered height just below each screen, positioned close to natural eyeline so remote participants feel like they are being spoken to directly rather than looked at from an odd angle. That positioning was a deliberate, planned part of the install, not an afterthought.

Boardroom AV: large-format display, conference camera mounted at eyeline height.
Meeting room AV: fixed-mount display and video conferencing camera.
Rack-mounted commercial mixers and amplifiers, professionally cabled.
Commercial ceiling speakers across the office floor.
The office floor and the showroom floor each have their own dedicated background-music system, and each system is split into multiple independent zones so different areas of the building can run different volume levels and settings at the same time. A busy showroom floor and a quieter office space no longer have to compromise on the same audio setting.
Professional rack-mounted mixers and amplifiers drive commercial ceiling speakers throughout, with Sonos used for zone streaming where it made sense. Everything is properly cabled and rack-mounted to a professional standard, so the systems are simple to manage and built to run reliably for years.

Rather than a third-party subscription service, the digital signage across HTI Group's site runs on a content platform built and hosted by Wilsons Systems on its own server infrastructure. Screens across reception, the kitchen and break areas, and the showroom floor are scheduled and updated from a single dashboard, with live TV news channel feeds built into the schedule alongside HTI's own content.
Underlying the platform is Xibo CMS software, with Amino media players at each screen. Wilsons Systems manages and hosts the whole platform for HTI, so the client gets a single, working system rather than a collection of licences to keep track of. Read more about our digital signage.
A multi-panel video wall in reception was built using displays with built-in tiling technology, avoiding the need for extra processing hardware to run a seamless image across the panels.
Signage screens across the showroom floor run scheduled content alongside the background music system, kept consistent with the rest of the site from the same dashboard.
Screens in the kitchen and break areas mix live TV news feeds with HTI's own scheduled content, giving staff a useful, up-to-date screen rather than a static poster.
